How much does a Porsche 992 GTS cost over just a Porsche 992 Carrera S? Would I upgrade from my base model C2?
The Porsche 992 GTS is the last model in the 911 range before the ultimate Turbo models. It is the highest performance Carrera model at 485PS with a list of included cost options. The GTS version of the 911 includes the sports design package as well as the sports exhaust and sports chrono features.
The Porsche 992 GTS is £11K more than the 992 CS model with only a slight performance advantage. The 992 Carrera S features a host of extras over the base C2 model for a similar jump in value.
The cost for the extra performance from a base Carrera to a GTS model is maybe something worth paying but is it worth trading in an 992 S model for a upgrade?
Check out the list of standard features on the higher 992 911 Carrera model and decide for yourself if you feel it is worth the cost. I have reviewed the details and looked at the options I would be paying to upgrade with and decided for myself if I would trade my 992 C2.
